"To start, I would hate to put a 1 star review for this company only because I've had good service with this insurance agency up until my apartment had flooded a couple weeks ago. I've been in contact with my claim handler/specialist Joshua Steensen these last two weeks trying to get ahold of him to setup my housing company. I had initially gotten an extension of a week to stay in a hotel until the housing company has gotten paid. They ended up extending it until check out day, July 31st at 11:00pm. I have not heard from my claim handler/specialist for this last week and have to pay for that said end of the month. I have paid almost $500 dollars my first three days in the hotel. But now, I have paid ANOTHER $251 until Sunday, July 14th at 11:00. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT necessary to not hear back from my insurance specialist or even hear about when I'm going to get reimbursed all of my money for this inconvenience of little to no communication. This really sucks to go through this and have to write a nasty review but this is what it has come down to unfortunately."
